Appointment Process

How do I book an appointment?

You can fill in the appointment form on our website, or reach us by phone or WhatsApp to submit your appointment request. Once your request is received, we send you a confirmation for the earliest available date and time based on availability.

I want to reschedule or cancel my appointment — how can I do this?

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at least a few hours before the scheduled time where possible. This allows the slot to be reassigned to another patient.

Is a walk-in examination possible?

While walk-in examinations are possible in some branches, we recommend booking an appointment to minimize waiting time. In case of an emergency, please apply to the nearest emergency department.

Payment and Insurance

Which private health insurance plans do you accept?

You can find the up-to-date list of institutions and insurers we have agreements with on our "Contracted Institutions" page. Since the list may be updated from time to time, we recommend confirming with our center by phone before your visit.

Do you have an SGK agreement?

For up-to-date information on our agreement status with the Social Security Institution (SGK) and the covered services, please contact our center directly. Due to legislative changes, it is advisable to verify such information by phone.

What are the payment options?

At our center you can pay in cash, by credit card or by debit card. Installment options may vary depending on current campaigns offered by banks and card providers.

Tests and Results

How can I access my test results?

You can review your test results together with your physician during your follow-up appointment at our center. For certain tests, you may submit a written request to the relevant unit. Since interpretation of results requires specialist evaluation, communicating them by phone or in writing may not always be considered appropriate.

Can I access my older results?

Records of tests and procedures previously performed at our center can be accessed within legal retention periods. Your request is processed once identity-verification procedures are completed.

Hospitalization and Surgery

What should I pay attention to before a planned surgery?

The physician planning your surgery will inform you about fasting time, any medications you should take or discontinue, and required tests. Strictly following the recommended preparation is important for the surgery to be performed safely.

Can I have a companion with me?

Within the framework of legislation and our center's procedures, a companion may be allowed as long as the patient's condition permits. Details are shared by the relevant unit at the time of admission.
